Job Description

As an administrative assistant for I Need Empty Trucks, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, providing general administrative support to the team, and other duties as needed.​

What to Expect

Answering and directing phone calls and responding to inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.

Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and maintaining accurate records.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless office operations.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.

Utilize computerized systems to track and manage office supplies, inventory, and other administrative tasks.

Handle and resolve any customer service issues promptly and professionally.

Perform other administrative duties as required.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.

Prior experience in the Transportation and Logistics Industry.

Proficiency in computerized systems and phone systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
