Job Description

​

As a Logistics Representative, you will leverage I Need Empty Trucks's services, freight solutions, and training to obtain new customers and nurture and build solid relationships.

• Use of a Customer Relationship Management software

• Learning how to broker freight

• Making calls to potential customers

What We’re Looking For

​

• Associate degree or relevant experience

• At least two years of customer service and communication is required 

• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics

• Negotiation, persuasive, aggressive, and confidence skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a passion to succeed

• Organized and punctual

• Decision-making skills

• Ability to communicate authentically and persuasively with leads, customers, and stakeholders
