Job Description

As a Logistics Representative, you will leverage I Need Empty Trucks's services, freight solutions, and training to obtain new customers and nurture and build solid relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Associate degree or relevant experience

At least two years of customer service and communication is required

Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics

Negotiation, persuasive, aggressive, and confidence skills

Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a passion to succeed

Organized and punctual

Decision-making skills

Ability to communicate authentically and persuasively with leads, customers, and stakeholders
